John J. Clark was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, was raised in Miami, Florida, and is fluent in Spanish. He graduated Coral Gables Senior High and in 1997 earned his Bachelor in Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from Florida International University. In 2000 Mr. Clark received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law where he was a finalist in moot court competitions, was a member of the international legal honor society Phi Delta Phi, the Hispanic Law Student Association, and the Criminal Law Society.

Mr. Clark began his legal career defending general tort claims throughout South Florida. He then shifted the focus of his practice to helping victims in need of effective representation against large corporations, including the tobacco and pharmaceutical industries, as well as against negligent individuals and medical providers. He has litigated large and small cases throughout the State of Florida with excellent results for his clients. Mr. Clark has a proven track record in taking on and prevailing in difficult cases, including those turned down by other attorneys.   Mr.Clark is accepting cases throughout Florida, with an emphasis on Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Defense, Consumer Protection, Real Estate Law, and Commercial Litigation.   Mr. Clark is licensed to practice in state court throughout Florida and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
