The Heart Behind a Decade of Compassionate Service
The Paola Parra Harris Story
Born in Havana and brought to the United States at just 45 days old, Paola Parra Harris’s life has been defined by resilience, hustle, and a deep understanding of what a “new beginning” truly means. Growing up bilingual and bicultural as a Cuban American in Miami, she saw firsthand the power of advocacy and community.
That foundation led her to establish Parra Harris Law in January 2016. What began from humble beginnings—driven by grit and vision—has grown into an award-winning family law boutique. As Parra Harris Law approaches its 10th Anniversary of providing compassionate new beginnings, Paola Parra Harris is profoundly grateful for her clients’ trust and the community’s support.
Today, she proudly leads a dedicated team serving all of North Florida, especially its growing Spanish-speaking community. Paola’s heritage is not just her roots; it’s the strength that fuels her firm’s mission: to serve with compassion, skill, and cultural understanding.

10 For 10: Giving Back to the Community That Has Given Us So Much
In honor of our 10th anniversary, Parra Harris Law is proud to launch the “10 for 10” Initiative, a $10,000 commitment to 10 Jacksonville-area nonprofits that align with our mission to support families, women, children, and underserved communities.
Through this initiative, we are reaffirming our gratitude and responsibility to the community that has supported us for a decade. Together, we can make a meaningful difference, one organization, one story, and one new beginning at a time.
Sulzbacher Village provides housing, healthcare, and support services to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives with dignity. When families are supported, futures are restored.
Catholic Charities serves the most vulnerable members of our community through programs focused on housing stability, food security, and family support. Strong communities are built by lifting up those in need.
Hubbard House empowers survivors of domestic violence by providing safety, advocacy, and pathways to healing for women, children, and families. Every family deserves safety and peace.
Navigating the courts and legal processes can be intimidating and confusing. Often those that need legal help the most can’t afford it. The mission of Jacksonville Area Legal Aid is to provide high quality legal assistance to low income and special needs groups.
Girl Scouts is where girls grow through friendship, fun, and fearless exploration—building skills, confidence, curiosity, and lasting connection. Every dollar stays local and supports Girl Scouts of Gateway Council right here in our community.
The Giving Closet Project supports local students by providing clothing, hygiene items, and resources so they can succeed in school with confidence.
Duval Family Health Center is an amazing new health care initiative by Sulzbacher. Healthy families are strong families. Access to quality healthcare is essential to stability, dignity, and long-term well-being.
Northeast Florida Immigrant Resource Alliance (NEFIRA) supports immigrant families through advocacy, resources, and community partnerships during times of uncertainty and transition. As a bilingual law firm, Parra Harris Law serves many clients who are Spanish speaking only.
Three Grains of Rice works to end homelessness, empower women, and support children in distress through compassion-driven programs. Addressing homelessness and supporting women and children goes to the heart of what matters most—family stability and hope for the future.
The JWBC Entrepreneur Scholarship helps women gain the education, tools, and resources needed to build successful businesses. When women succeed, families and communities grow stronger.

As we look back on ten incredible years, we also look forward to the next ten, continuing our mission of compassionate advocacy and service to families across North Florida.
Our 10th Anniversary celebration will culminate in a special anniversary gathering in April 2026, an opportunity to reflect, connect, and give back together.
