A mother came to Parra Harris Law seeking help in resolving an issue she was having with her daughter’s father. The father of her child was seeking an injunction (restraining order) against her. This injunction would prevent her from communicating with both her child and the child’s father.
Outcome:
After discovering the father’s accusations of domestic violence were fabricated, Paola Harris of Parra Harris Law was able to get the injunction on behalf of the minor child dismissed before the trial even began. Following an emotional trial, Paola was also able to win the case on behalf of the mother, further proving the father’s false accusations and dismissing an injunction entirely.
